2. Non-Refundable Items

- Innerwear, socks, and customized clothing are **not eligible** for refunds due to hygiene reasons. - Items damaged due to customer misuse will **not be refunded**.

3. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be canceled **within 24 hours** of placing them. - If the order has already been shipped, it **cannot be canceled**. - If canceled within the time frame, a full refund will be processed within **3-5 business days**.
